The elementary асаны Hatha-yogas for strengthening and uterus improvementT.E.Vasilev one of the largest yoga experts still the Soviet Russia. It has generalised and adapted various approaches and methods of yoga, the recommendation about a food and a way of life for the Russian people. To principles which it has described, and many people who are watching over the health today follow. Асаны, or poses, are the static exercises having the big influence on internal bodies and developing muscles, sheaves and joints. The action mechanism асан up to the end is not found out. But scientists assume, that the leading part in their influence on a human body is played by nervous system. Carrying out this or that асану, there is a static pressure in certain group of muscles. Thus there is the powerful stream of nervous impulses causing reflex excitation or braking of certain zones back or a brain which, in turn, are directly connected with work of corresponding internal bodies. On the other hand, in the fixed position of a body there is a plentiful supply by blood and bioenergy of certain sites of a body. (It, by the way, is the reason of why йоговские poses should be maintained long enough - that bodies and body sites could be enriched enough with the blood sated with oxygen and bioenergy.) It all together leads to restoration of physiological systems of an organism, to restoration of its internal dynamic balance and maintenance of a condition of full health. If you face for the first time with асанами yogas necessarily read articles "performance Rules асан Hatha-yogas" and "the Complex асан for beginners". As it was already mentioned, everyone асана urged to influence some sites of nervous system, a muscle, bodies, joints. In this article the most simple are presented асаны which performance results, among other, to restoration, strengthening and uterus improvement. Everyone асана, taken separately, is good in itself. That is everyone, from resulted here асан, it is possible to carry out with success separately from all others, as the unique exercise. (But even after one асаны it is necessary to execute also exercise on a relaxation, for example, Шавасану, see article "Асаны for a relaxation".) However, if you begin to accept poses in a complex, the effect from employment will increase in certain sequence many times over. There is a set of the various complexes providing versatile influence depending on their missions. The pose promotes normal functioning of all internal bodies, improves a complexion, warns formation of wrinkles. Improves sight, hearing, memory. As well as all turned poses, Viparita-Korani promotes normalisation of position of the lowered bodies, stimulates дефекацию. On force of multilateral influence on organism Viparita-Korani ("birch") and those who for any reasons cannot practise Сарвангасану comes nearer to Сарвангасане, with the big success apply this pose. The left knee should be exact over the right. Hands to lower on the top knee or to combine palms together over a head. A back to hold a straight line. To remain in a pose of 1-3 minutes, to breathe exactly. To repeat a pose an equal time interval with an opposite interlacing of feet. (Excuse, photo Самикатасаны is not found yet.) Effect In this асане good development is received by muscles and joints of feet. Blood circulation in the field of a small basin amplifies, that favorably operates on bodies of this department. The pose calms nervous system and improves a metabolism. MOVE IT IS WISE (A great pose with the corked apertures. "Is wise" - means closed, corked.) Technics To sit down on a floor, feet to extend directly before itself. To bend the left foot in a knee and to press the left sole to an inside of the right hip. The left heel should be about a groin, the left foot is extended along the right hip. The left knee is pressed to a floor. The left hip perpendicularly right. To bend down and grasp hands the right foot or the big finger of the right foot. Strongly to bend it is not necessary, it is equal on so much that hands have reached a foot. To bend a head and to rest a chin against a chest bone, is closer to a pole between clavicles. Back to hold a straight line, the right foot densely to press to a floor, not allowing to turn to the right. To be late in this position for 1-2 minutes. Will repeat асану in other party.
